WHAT IS ORDER & COLLECT SERVICE?

Order & Collect is e - platform with possibility to select the products from ATU Duty Free stores before the flight. Each passenger before the flight can place an order for the favorite products and pay /pick up them at the airport before the departure.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Customers are welcome to browse the e-catalogue, select their desired products, and complete the payment in-store on their departure day. This convenient process ensures a hassle-free shopping experience at the airport.

HOW LONG BEFORE THE FLIGHT MUST I SELECT THE PRODUCTS?

Products must be selected at least 24 hours before the flight if you wish to receive the purchase at ATU Main Store and 48 hours before the flight through VIP Terminal. This ensures adequate time for processing and preparation of your order.

DO I NEED A BOARDING PASS FOR THIS?

Yes, a boarding pass is required to use the "Order & Collect" service. It ensures that only passengers can access this convenient shopping option.

IF I FORGET TO PICK UP THE PRODUCTS, CAN I GET THEM LATER?

Unfortunately, no. Products must be picked up on the day of your departure. However, if you pay for the goods and cannot take them with you, for EU destination passengers we offer our Shop & Collect and Omniva services.

ARE THERE ANY LIMITS ON THE QUANTITY OF PRODUCTS I CAN ORDER?

Yes, there are quantity limits in accordance with the regulations of the country to which you are traveling. It's important to check these restrictions to ensure compliance with local laws.
